Night Owl Permanent Lighting provides professional Omni LED permanent lighting installation services for residential properties in Montana. Our services include consultation, custom design, professional installation, and ongoing support covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a quote request or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following:

• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing our services
• Message frequency varies and may include service updates, promotions, and appointment reminders

How to Cancel SMS Service

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (406) 416-7555. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if significant changes occur between quote and installation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule installation, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and financing options.

Warranty

Our Omni permanent lighting systems come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering the LED lights and control system. Warranty details, coverage, and exclusions will be provided in your service agreement. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, extreme weather events, or unauthorized modifications.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled installations with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.

Property Access

By scheduling installation services, you grant Night Owl Permanent Lighting and our technicians access to your property for the purpose of consultation, installation, maintenance, and warranty service. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to installation areas and securing pets during service visits.

Limitation of Liability

Night Owl Permanent Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Night Owl Permanent Lighting and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.

Changes to Terms
